Wegmans Weekly Grocery Transport To ESK

More than 20 members of Trinity Council help transport groceries from Wegmans’ in Bethlehem to the Ecumenical Soup Kitchen (ESK) located at 179 W Chew Street in Allentown every Saturday morning. In groups of 2 to 3, volunteers perform these services once every seven or eight weeks. Using their personal vehicles, volunteers pick-up groceries from Wegmans’ loading docks starting at 7:45 am and transport them to the ESK where the groceries are unloaded.
